Headed out to Michigan

Today we head over to Muskegon, MI for the Breakout 24 Adventure Race. I am excited but the kids are more apprehensive than excited. Jordan has asked me at least 1,000 questions and made as many declarations about this weekend. He is certain that it could be fun but not so certain that it will be because I will be too exhausted to 'do anything' (read: you won't want to go fishing with me or roast hot dogs and marshmallows) fun. I plan on royally disappointing his pessimism!
No, we are not taking the snakes, lizard, or gecko. We are feeding the critters before we leave and praying that they survive on stored resources.

Pictures... I need to work on the picture department because so many of my favorite bloggers are so good at posting pictures that it is a constant reminder of how I never think to take any until after the fact. I will assign the kids to take pictures this weekend.

God is so good to me and His mercy endures forever! Have I mentioned lately how much I love my Lord and Saviour? I am so blessed and cannot stop singing His praise for all He has done in my life! My nephew totalled his motorcycle and walked away without a single broken bone! Praise the Lord!! My brother is now attending church services and growing in his relationship with Christ! Praise the Lord!! My children love the Lord and are a living testimony to His name! Praise the Lord!!
