One day we will 'wake up' and realize just how short and temporal this dream is that we call 'life'.  I am reminded again and again that we are created for glorifying God and to spend eternity with the Father.  What does God want me to be focusing on today?   Who am I to be sharing His love with today?

There is a spiritual battle being fought every day.  The question is am I aiding the Father or standing in the way and giving the enemy an unwitting ally?

Sometimes I Wonder...

Will it really matter if there are dusty bookshelves when I die?  Will God hold that against me?
Do we all start over in Heaven?  Will it matter if I have a degree or what I have accomplished on earth?  I don't think so.  I think it is all like chaff that will burn away.  I truly believe the ONLY thing that matters is our relationships. With God and with others.   So many times I find myself asking "will it matter?" and that leads to the question how much in this life is really useless?

Ready, Set, Go!

Well, I may be jumping the gun a little bit but not by much!   Two weeks until we head out for the K-Love Friends and Family Cruise again!  Yeah!!!!
I am so needing a break and so excited to use the time off from 'work' to work on my new Solavei adventure.  I am so excited about the new promotions and the possibilities that are just waiting for those who want them.  Check this out to see what I am talking about.  SOLAVEI  You can not only save on your phone bill but also have your phone pay for itself.  True stuff I am not exaggerating.   Anyway, while cruising in the sunshine I am going to figure out how to work in my sharing the vision with others while also working and schooling and just being a mom.

Dinner and a Date

Our Thanksgiving meal. Simple but good and still more than enough... "Why aren't you in the picture Mom?" Hmmm.. maybe if we duct tape the camera to the back of a chair and set the timer... Food will be cold by the time they figure out a way so no Mom in the picture. Hockaday Art Museum in Kalispell, MT the big and exciting outing for Friday.

Thanksgiving in Columbia Falls, Montana

Kids and I are spending the week up at Meadow Lake Golf and Ski Resort in Columbia Falls, Montana and today as we give thanks for all God's many blessings we include this time together. It rained the first three days we were here and today was the first 'dry' day we have had and a beautiful day it has been. So much to reflect on and to praise God for and there is no way it can all fit into just one day. Praise the Lord! Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. What an amazing time I had this past long weekend with family and new friends and family! Flew out of Spokane on Thursday morning and arrived in Estes Park,CO by 5:40pm. What a blessing to see my sisters and see how happy they both are!

So I am sitting at work one day in July when my friend, Kendra, called me and after we caught up on things she told me about her brother and this new venture he was joining. Creation 2012 Northwest

Summer is here and we are once again headed to Enumclaw for Creation Festival 2012. I didn't think Summer was ever going to arrive and that we would have an extended Spring until Fall. LOL! I just realized that I had never finished my last post so better late than never.

And on into May...

March and April are gone! May is 2/3 over and the days just keep going by! I wish at times I could just slow things down a bit. Days could be 28 or 30 hours long so I would have more time to reflect, blog, give thanks, and even as I write this I am convicted that I would still likely not use it wisely. Would I pray more or spend more time with Jesus? Would I enjoy His creation more or spend more time really communicating with loved ones? Or would I simply have more time to fill with things that really have no lasting impact or value? April
